Mudassir is a Paralegal and specialises in both Family Law and Immigration Law. 

Mudassir has years of experience, dealing with applications both for ‘in country’ and ‘out of country’ residents. He has successfully obtained entry clearance visas and leave to remain for hundreds of clients.

He has also successfully challenged the Home Office at the tribunal when a visa or leave to remain has not been initially granted.
